Letter regarding the agent Abdool Rahman's statements before officers onboard the ship Penguin with regards to Muscat and his support of Syed Torkee [Turki bin Said]'s intentions to attack it.
The letter goes on to discuss Pelly's journey to Shiraz; whether Way would prefer to go to Bushire or Bassidore or whether he would prefer to spend 1868 in Bushire in which case he will need to procure a house.
