The letter contains details of English woollens sent to Bushire for the Persian market and the order to buy as much Carmenia [Kermān] wool as possible.

Also included is a short extract from Company Commands, dated 7 April 1786. The commands contain the order to buy Carmenia wool and asks why it has not been sent for several years yet Bushire are still indenting Bombay for it.
