3. From and after the commencement of tins Order Articles
21 (1) and 22 (1) and (4) of the Principal Order are hereby
repealed, but such repeal shall not prejudice any rights, obligations
or liabilities accrued thereunder.
4 __(i) This Order shall take effect as soon as it is first exhibited
in the office of the
Political Agent
A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency.

( 3 ) Proof shall not in any proceeding or matter be required that
the provisions of this Article have been complied with, nor shall any
act or proceeding be invalidated by any failure to comply with
any such provisions.
