please refer to che correspondence ending
with Sir Rupert Ray’s deni-official letter No.
1146-S, dated the 14th June, 19*17, regarding the
opening of a branch of the Eastern Bank at ^atar.
2. I enclose copies of the marginally noted
correspondence. ’’What
