The file contains correspondence relating to the discovery of a wireless set, with parachute attached, at Kuwait, and four similar devices found near Lingah [Bandar-e Lengeh], reported by the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. at Kuwait [Gordon Noel Jackson] and the British Consular Agent at Lingah respectively, in March and April 1945.
