With reference to your letter of the 21st ultimo
approving the proposal to issue certain revised Rules of
Court under the Persian Coast and Islands Order in Council A regulation issued by the sovereign of the United Kingdom on the advice of the Privy Council. ,
1907, I am directed by Secretary Sir E. Grey to transmit
to you, herewith, to be laid before the Secretary of State
g for India in Council, three white copies of the Rules in
question, which have been signed by Sir E. Grey.
I am to request that the Earl of Crewe will take the
necessary steps to obtain the signature of the Secretary
to the Government of India in the Foreign Department in the
place indicated for that purpose on page 2, and that His
Lordship will request the Government of India, when that
has been done, to forward the three white copies direct to
His Majesty’s Consul General at Bushire, to whom the
necessary instructions as to signing them and inserting
