for Foreign Affairs under section 49 (l) of the Persian
Coast and Islands
Order in Council
A regulation issued by the sovereign of the United Kingdom on the advice of the Privy Council.
1907, I am directed
to enclose copy of a letter from the Government of
India on the subject.
The Secretary of State for India would be glad to
receive the observations of Sir E. Grey as to the reply
to be returned.
