dated the 26th November,requested this office to
arrange for ail persons coming to Bahrain from Bahai
to be armed with passes issued by the Shaikh cf Dubai
or the Kesidency Agent.
3. Accordingly, necessary instructions were
issued to the Hesidency Agent. The latter, however,
failed to realise the limited application cf cur in-
