I would call your attention however* to the fact that
Lieutenant Hanking was transferred from Ahwaz in 1908 and
Lieutenant Wilson in May 1909. I am also informed that up
to May 1909 Lieutenant Wilson though nominally in charge of
the Guard at Ahwaz was in point of fact only at .Ahwaz during
occupied in surveying and other duties on behalf of the
Government.
I am calling your attention to these facts in ordep to
avoid the possibility of their being overlooked when the
Bill comes to be made out and consequently, of my having to
apply for its correction.

- the question of who will bear the cost of the guard and its accommodation;
