Distinctive Features:
Tracing produced to show the location of Dohat Balbul (Dohat Balaibīl) within limits of Kuwait authority. The map partly copied from Annex no. 5 to unratified Anglo-Ottoman Convention of 29 July 1913 and enclosed to the letter dated February 8th 1919 from D.V. McCollum, Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. in Kuwait to the Civil Commissioner, Baghdad.
The word 'Country' is misspelled in the title.
