This file contains correspondence between the management of Imperial Airways, the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. in Kuwait, and the Political Resident A senior ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul General) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Residency. at Bushire that discusses the possibility of a passenger service to and from Kuwait on Imperial Airways. Considerations of postal deliveries and pickups, possible parachuting of airmail, and passenger numbers as well as fuel costs are discussed.
