[raqum, official order] from the Prince Royal [Crown Prince] of Persia [Iran], Abbas Meerza [Mirza], to Aga Hossein [Agha Hussain]. The rukum Royal grants confirming specific trading privileges from the Shah of Persia. praises Aga Hossein for his recent conduct in an affair at Constantinople [Istanbul] concerning the Persian Ambassador to France, Askar Khan Afshar, and the Persian Ambassador to the Ottoman Empire, Mirza Amin (see also IOR/L/PS/9/68/91). The rukum Royal grants confirming specific trading privileges from the Shah of Persia. also directs him to employ himself in his own business without interference, and to consult HM Minister Plenipotentiary to the Ottoman Empire, Stratford Canning, in any business he may have with the Ottoman Empire.
