A letter from HM Chargé d'Affaires to Persia [Iran], Henry Willock, in Tehran, to the Secret Committee Pre-1784, the Committee responsible for protecting East India Company shipping. Post-1784, its main role was to transmit communications between the Board of Control and the Company's Indian governments on matters requiring secrecy. of the East India Company, of 1 April 1819, which was received on 15 June 1819. The letter encloses a copy of a dispatch by Willock to the Governor-General of the Presidency The name given to each of the three divisions of the territory of the East India Company, and later the British Raj, on the Indian subcontinent. of Fort William, the Earl of Moira, of 30 March 1819 (not included in this item, see IOR/L/PS/9/68/191).
