Translation of a letter from the Crown Prince of Persia [Iran], Abbas Mirza ['Abbās Mīrzā Qājār], to the Governor-General of Georgia, General Yermoloff [Aleksey Petrovich Yermolov], of 14 October 1825. The letter remonstrates against the occupation of Persian territory by a detachment of Russian soldiers, contrary to an agreement between Russia and Persia for the stationing of a small Russian guard on the contested territory.
