postponing any changes In the existing arrangements at Ahad&n
Reach until the general reorganisation takes place. I would
therefore suggest for your consideration that it might be
decided in principle that the existing arrangements should be
terminated,but that the reorganisation should be postponed
for the present. The position migfet,however,be reviewed
from time to time,as for instance when tne frontier settlement
has been ratified by Iraq.
