the draft of a concession of seventy years duration , to be granted
jointly by Ibn Sa'ud and the Sheykh of Kuwait to enable the
Syndicate to prospect for and exploit pei^oleum and gognate

proposed agreement consists of a preAmble and thirty five articles
fhe first defines the scope of the concession* Provision is made
for an initial payment within ninety days of signature, a subsequent

these heads are left to be filled in adater* The Syndicate seeks in
