Article 6 (3) In view of the fact that the
article would be qualified by Clause 4 of the Government
agreement the Government representatives agreed to this

"food supplies”.
Some discussion took place on the question whether
something should be paid by the Company for exemption from
taxation before the time when commercial production was
declared, but it was agreed that no payment need be made
by the Company under this head on the understanding that
the value of the exemption was taken into account in fixing
the amount of the dead rent in Article 3 (b) . Tne Company's
representatives explained that they proposed go offer the
Sheikh 65 thousand rupees Indian silver coin also widely used in the Persian Gulf. per annum (Article 5 \b)j before
