I am directed to inform you that, in accordance
with the suggestion contained in your letter of
the 28th November last, recoveries from the
Treasury on account of the expenses of the Turco-
Persian Frontier Commission will he effected by
the Government of India in connexion with the
annual adjustment of diplomatic and consular
expenditure in Persia, the first claim being
made during the year 1915-16.
