wireless operator at present

Legation, for the purpose of

I now enclose copy of a
letter from which you will see that
the Secretary of State has agreed
to the proposal in question,
subject to a moiety of the
expenditure involved being borne by
the Treasury. In the ordinary
way we should have preferred to
consult the Government of India
