regarded as •reasonable* notice in a case of this Kind,
but inasmuch as the firm have entirely abandoned the
premises for over a year, have no caretaKer of any Kind
on the premises, have failed to pay any rent since 1931,
and have failed to reply to communications asking what
price they are prepared to offer for purchase ol the
land, I think that 3 months notice could not be
considered other than treasonable!
Il the Government of India are of opinion that,

I would submit that such notice be given on their
