In forwarding herewith an application,
dated the 19th March 1931, from Mohamed All Bros.,
I have the honour to state that the firm mentioned
above erected a building on a portion of land
belonging to Government in past years, for business,
and agreed to pay the rent of land which is,
every year, paid into Sistan Consulate @ ^ 18<
per annum. This land is situated outside i
