644 of the 17th November last, about the activities of
Dr. Harrison of the American Mission at Bahrain.
We have now heard that he is shortly going to
Koweit to replace another Doctor there for about six months,
after which he will probably be transferred to Basra or some
other place in Iraq.
In the circumstances we do not propose to take
any action on the latter part of your despatch.
