The sketch represents the mouth of the river Nuriab, the Vice-Consulate at Zabul and the surrounding area, after the flood of the river. The sketch, in pencil and red and blue crayon, also provides some indication of relief. The map is dated and signed by Maurice Patrick O'Connor Tandy, Vice-Consul at Zabul.
