The map accompanies The Campaign in Mesopotamia 1914-1918. Volume IV , and shows a region around Tuz Khurmatli [Tozkhurmato] in northern and eastern Iraq, indicating military operations, towns, routes and watercourses. Sketch marks give some indication of relief, and a key beneath the title explains British and Turkish military positions shown in red and green.

Prepared in the Historical Section of the Committee of Imperial Defence, and printed at the Ordnance Survey in 1927.
