desirable. I a m therefore to request that if Hi s Maj esty* s
Government see no objection, His Majesty* s Minister at Tehran
may authorised to come to an official agreement with the
Persian Government on the lines suggested.
I gm to add that the Government of India concur in
proposal contained in paragraph 3 of the despatch.
