TRADING WITH THE ENE
Specified Persons
The Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Revocation) Order,
1946, dated July 6, 1946, made by the Board of Trade.
The Board of Trade, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon them by
sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the Trading with the Enemy Act, 1939(a),
and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order as follows: —
1 . The following Orders made by the Board of Trade are hereby revoked—
(1) Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 13)
Order, 1945(b).
(ii) Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 14)
Order, 1946(c).
(iii) Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 15)
Order, 1946(d).
(iv) Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 16)
Order, 1946(e).
2 (1) The Interpretation Act, 1889(f), applies to the interpretation of
this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
(2) This Order may be cited as the Trading with the Enemy (Specified
Persons) (Revocation) Order, 1946, and shall come into operation on the
Ninth day of July, 1946.
