I am directed dy the Secretary of
State for India to refer to your
letter dated 23rd November 1931,
G.E.H/fJ., and connected
correspondence in regard to the grant
of the status of Proconsul or
Consular Agent to the representatives
of the Imperial and International
Corrrnuni cat ions Company at Jask and
Charbar.
