The map accompanies The Campaign in Mesopotamia 1914-1918. Volume III , and shows a stretch of the River Tigris from Shumran [Ash Shumrānī] to Bawi in central and eastern Iraq, indicating settlements and watercourses. The River Tigris is printed in blue.

Prepared in the Historical Section of the Committee of Imperial Defence, and printed at the Ordnance Survey in 1925.
