self plus additional mileage at the rate of Annas 12 per
mile if two members of his family accompany him and at the
rate of Rs. 1 / 8 /- per mile if more than two members of his
family accompany him. Maundage up to the prescribed
maxima at the rate of one anna per maund per mile.

would have been admissible had the journey or journeys been
performed by rail and/or steamer, and in addition the
difference between rail and/or steamer fares of the class to
