v/ith the Company and, at their request,
have agreed to delay action in regard
to the enquiry from the International
Telecommunications Bureau until they
have disposed of certain important
matters v/hich they are now discussing
with the Iranian Government. The
Company expect that their negotiations
with the Iranians will be completed
by the end of the year and we will then
send you an official letter setting out
the results of our discussions with
the Company. In the meantime you may
think it desirable to send an interim
reply to the International Bureau
stating that their enquiry is being
investigated.
