GrOTernment of India understand that an increment
of Ra.fy- was granted by the local authorities to the Dispenser
attached to the Dispensary at Dibai with effect from the 1st
June 1940 (or lit July 1940) and would like to know the
circumstances in which it was sanctioned*
3* Despatch of the comparative statement mentioned
in your telegram referred to above may kindly be expedited
to enabl^pthe Government of India to consider your proposals
for the continuance of the Medical establishment on the Trucial
Coast*

1940 to the 30th November 1941. The post of the Dispenser was
