This file contains correspondence between British officials in London, Palestine, Kuwait and India regarding proposals for the construction of a motor route from Kuwait-Amman (folios 4-53) and Kuwait-Haifa (folios 54-204).

The papers are arranged in approximate chronological order from the rear to the front of the file.

Physical characteristics
