The land under cultivation amounts to 60 ploughs, and in a good season
the outturn of wheat amounts to about 300 kharwars.
The fruit of Afriz consists of pomegranates, figs, and grapes. Melons and
water melons are also grown in large quantities as well as cotton and opium.

shir, ( c ) Shir is a, small village containing
about 10 families.
{d) Another village called Kundar and also containing about 10 families
Kundar. is situated at about a mile from it on the
road to Afzalabad.
