This file consists of a single letter in French (with a cover note in English) sent from the Consul General of France in Bushire to the British Political Resident A senior ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul General) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Residency. and Consul General in Bushire. The letter confirms the closure of the French Consulate in Bushire effective from 31 August 1934.
