Kazemi conducted no
negotiations and no official business was transacted, but
the opportunity was taken for an informal exchange of
views between officials on subjects of mutual interest to
Iran and India, including the question of road and rail
communications between Quetta and Zahidan. No question arose
of taking or formulating ary decisions.
