The plan is prepared by G S Cooper, Civil Engineer, Air Headquarters, Iraq as part of a report titled ‘REPORT ON SOUTH ARABIAN COAST- INSPECTION TOUR- SEPTEMBER, 1942’. The plan itself is marked as Appendix J.
