be necessary for Accountant General Central Revenues to authorise
somebody else to sign these. I suggest that this authori^r be delego.ted

6. Grateful if His Majesty*s Government and Government of India would
urgently approve release of Vahidy and. if Government of India would ask
Accountant General Central Revenues to delegate authority for signing
of P.W. Department cheques pay-bills etc. as suggested#
