Alfred Wetly there since June 16 engaged in Oriental
Oarpet Manufacturing Company; two, Earnest Spealty, a
*,iss citizen, wishing to proceed to Kerman where he
has a three years' contract with Alfred Wetly. ^royosed
to accompany latter's brother Edwin Wetly. Both
applicants are sons of Swiss parents and make a good
