Conmttee of the Supplementary Reports received on questions
of interest to the Committee from tne Government of India, I
now submit for consideration the following telegrams:-
(a.) Viceroy's telegram of 13th October 2068-S. Persia:

■c) Telegraphic correspondence between the Government
of Incia and the
Political Resident
A senior ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul General) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Residency.
, relative to the
establisnment in Bahrein of a Persian .\gent.
I submit that authority may be given for the
circulation of all these papers, subject, for the reasons
set out in tne following paragraphs, to the inclusion in
-he covering memorandum by the Secretary of State, of
reservations on the lines suggested in the draft now
submitted.
