The successor to the Court of Directors. correspondence mostly relating to the employment of Norman Napier Bray, Captain S E Hedgcock, and Captain A H S Campbell as Political Officers accompanying the visit of a Mission (deputation) from Bahrein [Bahrain] (consisting of ‘Abdullah bin ‘Īsá Āl Khalīfah, son of Shaikh Isa of Bahrein, Abdullah’s son Muhammad, Abdullah’s Private Secretary Jasim Cheravi, and a personal servant) to England and Scotland, and their return journey to the Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran. .
