This item declares that the following signatories, in response to a request from Nawab An honorific title; an official acting as a provincial deputy ruler in South Asia; or a significant Muslim landowner in nineteenth century India. Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun [Mirza Mahdi 'Ali Khan Bahadur], Resident of Bushier [ sic ], have inspected the factory An East India Company trading post. and have found that the bales have been stored correctly: William Bruce, Assistant; C Milland, Purser; Emanuel Margotty, Captain; George Weaver, Lieutenant, Marines; David Ross, Volunteer; Hector Tulloh, Surgeon. A note which precedes the declaration suggests that it was meant to be appear earlier in the file but was omitted by mistake.
