Februanr, No. 55640/25, forwarding copies of a print,
Middle East No. 7 containing the report by Sir G.
Clayton on his negotiations min the Sultan of Nejd, and
to the letter from this Department of the 16th of
January, No. C.776/26 suggesting that a conference should
be held to consider certain questions concerning the
future relations between His Majesty’s Government and
Ibn Saud, which are dealt witn in that report.

Earl of Birkenhead that it is now proposed that that
conference snouid be held at the n oloniai Oiiice on
Friday the 5th of March at 11.30 a.m., and I am to
