With reference to Assistant .Director of Army Audit, Western
Command, No. C/4, dated 10th April 193b to the Director of
Army Audit, Simla, (copy forwarded to you under his No. G/5,
dated 10th April l9Bt>) on the above subject, 1 am directed to
inform you that it is desirable that immediate stepsdiouid
be taken toiring the expenditure on account of hire charges
of s.s. tt Netravati n correctly to account.
Bo it is clear from the orders issued in G-overnment of
India, Department of Commerce, No. 146^S(25), dated the 30th
September 1936 addressed to the Secretary of State for India
that the charge to the
