The volumes are divided into nine parts, with part 1 comprising the first volume, part 2 comprising the second volume, parts 3-4 comprising the third volume, part 5 comprising the fourth volume, parts 6-7 comprising the fifth volume, and parts 8-9 comprising the sixth volume.
