Bunder-el-'Abbas and the adjacent islands, and the
other places named, are assigned, In Xam, to the Sultan ot
fcasicat and his heirs only. In default of heirs, these
territories must revert to the Persian Prime Minister.
While the territories above named shall renain In
the hands of the sultan of Maakat’s officers, he shall
not allow the agents of any foreign Governments to pass
through those places, and shall protect them by ships of
war, and otherwise, against secret treachery and open
foreign invasion.
The sultan of iaskat has not the right of
transferring Bunder-el-'Abbas, or any of the aforenamed
territories, to any foreign power, even under the
conditions stipulated.

(ff 329-405 and ff 540-616) and Oman sections (ff 423-477 and ff 485-539), which cover the periods 1806-1927 and 1798-1928 respectively.
