stated that in accordance with the true infornation received
by ne the kidnapner Bedouin had stated to the inhabitants
of Debai that he had kidnapped the three Baluchis fron the
Hirah village by order of Sheikh Khalil bin Ahmad on account
of his difference with the inhabitants of the Hirah village
and that he had restored two of them on condition that he
should not hand back the third man and to this effect Sheikh
Khalid had given him his covenant in the name of God. '/hen

refrained from recovering the Baluchi from the Bedouin.

The correspondence is predominantly between Government representatives in Karachi/Sind, the Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran.
