I have the honour to forward herewith a report
on the November Session of the Office International
d Hygiene Publique, with appendices 0 I beg to
incite attention to (1) che request for ratification
of the 1926 Sanitary Convention (Paragraph 1 of the
Report); (2) tne position as to the use of wireless
in quarantine operations (Paragraph 3) on which
official instructions will be required for the May
iession 1928; (3) the suggestion for a review of
the Port Health organisation in the
Persian Gulf
