The Buffs (East Kent Regiment).—Major Lionel T. Spens retires OQ
retired pay.
The Leicestershire Regiment.—Major William Mogg Rolph to be
Lieutenant-Colonel, vice Col. T. Braddell, retired ; Oapt. Francis
William Reader to he Major, vice W. M. Rolph ; Lieut. Harry M.
Welstead to be Captain, vice F. W. Reader ; Second Lieut. Harry
Colquhoun to be Lieutenant, vice H. M. Welstead.
The Royal Welsh Fusiliers.—The promotion to the rank of Captain
of Lieut. A. W. G. L. Cole, which was notified in the Gazette of
Feb. 11. 1830, is post-dated to Jan. 22. 1890.
The Gloucestershire Regiment.—Capt. John E. M. Pilkington is
placed on temporary half-pay on account of ill-health.
The Border Regiment.—Lieut. William J. Ferguson-Davie to ha
