it shall bee accordingly delivered unto them, Otherwise
not.
For the English their owne propper Shipps and Goods,
and for what belongeth unto them our deputies shall not
demand Customs or other duties for them, and for our
owns shipping what gains or Bennifitt wee shall reaps
wee will injoy and they shall not demand Customs etc.
for the same, but for the Goods of Mar chants and Traders
wheather in thir Shipps or ours what shall accrew by
Customs etc. shall bee equally shared betweene us both,
and for other Shipps of the Sea or the Ports of India,
what shall bee gained by Pillage or otherwise shall bee
allso shared beetwene us both. f***
Concerning Captives such as bee Mussellmen whether v
the English prisoners or ours, the English shall not
meddle about them but leave them to us. But if Christian
Captives the English shall have them, And concerning
Captaine Moore and the Captaine of Jeroone, It is agreed
that if they chance to bee the English Captives wee will
not demaund them, but if they fortune to bee ours advice
thereof shall bee sent to his Majestie, and what he shall
please to Command touching them shall bee put in execu
tion, and the English shall not intermeddle about their
liberty.
Concerning any the Ports of India or the Ports of
Sehauxe Muscatt etc. such as shall hereafter bee Con
quered by us and the English togeither shall bee equally

English shall goe with any intent to take any place or
Castle in India giveing notice thereof to our Deputies,
what ayde they shall desire of men and other asistance |

- The Spanish recapture of Baja [Bahia] in Brazillia [Brazil] from the ‘Hollanders’
- The return of the Shah’s ambassador, Sir Robert Sherly [Shirley], from his mission to Europe
- The outbreak of war between England and Spain, and the English expedition against Cádiz.

- The accounts of expenses for two journeys in Persia: March 1626-January 1627, and February 1627-December 1628 (ff 152-197)
