disposed to bestow works of ecjuivalent value, or nearly so, on the
library of the Society.
22nd.—All Members of the Bombay Branch of the Royal Asiatic
Society are entitled to be admitted Members of the Geographical
Society, on making application to this effect through the Secretary,
and paying the prescribed annual Subscription.
23rd.—In the event of a vacancy in the office of President, the Com
mittee shall proceed at their Meeting next ensuing after the vacancy, to
select the name of one gentleman for the office, who shall be proposed
at the General Meeting thereafter first held for election.
